We heart Signs of Affection
Hello you. I first found an image of an electric box with a red and white sign saying ‘hello you’. I knew nothing of who created it or where it was. Today I saw Signs of Affection featured on NOTCOT showing a sign in Leeds.
To me, this is Papergirl. Apply / Submit / !Try! / Chance becomes opportunity. Submitting your work to be given away on the streets to find strangers by chance and lead to unknown opportunities.
